Tortilla Roll-Ups (makes 80 pieces):
Mix together cream cheese and 3/4 bottle of Zalsa. Consistency should not be thin and runny. Spread evenly on tortillas. Arrange 2 slices of turkey on top of the cream cheese mix, on each tortilla leaving a 1/2inch border of cheese at top end of tortilla to hold everything in place and 'seal' your tortilla roll.
Sprinkle with onion and top with cheddar cheese. Roll up tightly, press firmly to seal. Wrap tightly and refrigerate until serving time or up to 24 hours. Cut into 1 inch pieces to serve as appetizer or in half diagonally for sandwich size servings. Arrange the pieces on a serving platter and serve it with ZALSA as your dipping sauce. Delicious!
- 2 - 8 oz Cream cheese - softened
- 2 - Bottles Zalsa
- 1 - Package shredded cheddar cheese
- 10 - Soft flour tortilla shells
- 20-24 Pieces of thinly sliced smoked turkey.
- 1 cup finely chopped green onions.
